Overview
Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing program assists students acquire the skills necessary to enter the nursing profession. This program equips individuals to serve as Registered Nurses in the healthcare system, providing superior treatment. They undergo classroom, laboratory, and clinical learning in a variety of settings through this curriculum. In becoming a professional nurse who solves problems as part of a healthcare team, key program outcomes include the development of critical thinking and communication abilities.
Program Aim
Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing will be able to:
- Demonstrate competency in nursing skills and practices based on concepts and principles.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as first-level nursing services and nursing education managers.
- Acquaint oneself with the most recent health care technologies, trends, and challenges.
- Conduct hospital/community-based, need-based research studies and use the findings to enhance the quality of nursing care.

- Communicate successfully with team members and develop strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care for hospitalized and community-dwelling patients.
